Heart of Maylands is a new development in Hemel Hempstead, delivering 155 homes along with retail outlets.
The scheme comprises of 27 houses and 3 apartment blocks and will be under construction from now until next summer.
Envelope contractor Paneltec Services is engaged on the project with the remit to supply and install a myriad of external finishes from decorative window liners to roof copings to balcony treatments.
Paneltec in turn have sourced the expertise of manufacturing all these bespoke elements via AMS.
AMS are providing a one-stop shop for the project’s architectural metalwork requirements, with a steady flow of goods being delivered to site on a just in time basis.
On site progress updates will follow throughout the project construction phase.
